KEY MANAGEMENT

Rosemin Ahmad was appointed as the General Manager (Contracts) in JPZ Consturction & Engineering Sdn Bhd in June 2014. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is a key member of a team effectively managing all the costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.

He has proven-track records of minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. He possesses excellent foresight and ability to plan ahead when working on construction projects.

 

He received his Diploma in Building from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam in 1989. Prior to that, he graduated from Ungku Omar Polytechnic and worked with an Architect Firm in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Rosemin continued his degree studies in UiTM with B.Sc in Construction Management in 1996 and later his Master degree (MBA in General Management) from Western Orthodox University (Formerly known as European-American University) in 2011. He also holds a Master of OXCEL in Business Administration from Oxford Centre of Leadership, United Kingdom in 2008.

  • Lead the Consultant QS Team for Damansara – Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) project, a 20.1 km 3 lane dual expressway that commence from Puncak Perdana U10 Shah Alam intersection and end at Penchala Interchange costing over RM4 Billion.

  • Kerian Water Supply Scheme at Kg. Sungai Rawa, Parit Buntar, Perak (estimated cost of RM150 million)

  • Main Infrastructure Works for Bandar Kwasa Damansara Development Project.

  • Infrastructure Works for Development of Pantai Sentral Park Project valued over RM200 million.

  • Proposed Construction & Completion of Package 1 (Farm Establishment, Buildings and Associated Infrastructure Works) of the Rompin Integrated Pineapple Plantation, Pahang Darul Makmur. Project cost RM54 million.

  • Preparation of Commercial Proposal for Maju LLC at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia entails Haramain High Speed Rail Stations, 1000 unit villas for Al-Fareeda, Structural Steel Bridge at Jeddah and Al-Mabani National Guard HousingComplex.

  • Preparation of Pre-Qualification Documents for Kuwait University Sabah Al-Salem University City and Prequalification for Roads Project for State of Kuwait Ministry of Public Works. Leaders for Participation in Tender Exercise.

Appraisal of Sub-Contractor Final account. Contract value - RM100 million.

  • KLIA Satelite Building project ( a prestigeous New Airport Project in Sepang - Tender estimate > 500 million)
