KEY MANAGEMENT

Ir. Yusman Daud was appointed as a Executive Director in JPZ Construction & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in January 2017. He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from University of Newcastle-upon, United Kingdom. In JPZ, he reports directly to Chief Executive Director.

 

He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer in Malaysia (MIEM, PEng) with more than 20 years' experience in Steel Fabrication, Automotive Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Downstream and Building Services Consultancy & Construction on Design, Engineering and Project Management.

 

His experience includes Project Management in various infrastructures, building development; project leader for managing design at Preliminary Design Stage and at Detailed Design Development & Project Management for projects in accordance with British Standard and ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers). Worked on projects such as Water & Sewerage Treatment Plants, Mini- Hydro Power Plants, Airport Development, Mixed Developments, High rise Buildings and Universities & Institutional Development.

 

He acquired managerial, communicating skills for the delivery of complex design and construction projects particularly on delivery timeline, budget control, health & safety guidelines; developed leadership in professional relationship with clients and executives in government, GLC and private sectors. Reviewed Contact Documents and prepared its execution plans, tender evaluation; Worked using Design Codes and Design Software; delivery and handing- over of completed projects, its document necessary with local authorities and approval for occupancy.
